Deguenon Nadège Ninette

USAID/Benin

is a senior procurement and contracting specialist with over 20 years of experience at USAID/Benin, supporting development programs across health, governance, human rights, and countering violent extremism.

She leads and advises on the full procurement lifecycle in complex, high-risk and high-value environments, supporting decision-makers in ensuring compliance, competition, and value for money.

She has strengthened fiduciary oversight by developing and standardizing procurement tools, templates, and procedures, improving the quality and consistency of procurement processes.

Currently, she leads procurement for a Government of Benin-funded project, overseeing a portfolio of goods, services, and infrastructure works in sensitive operational contexts.

She is currently enrolled in the IMPPM program to further strengthen her expertise in public procurement and financial management systems.

Nadège holds degrees in Business Administration and English Studies, as well as a U.S. certification in federal contracting (FAC-C Level III).
