Mrs. Toseafa is a seasoned legal professional with over 25 years of experience specializing in corporate commercial law and FIDIC construction contracts. As Company Secretary for GWL for over 16 years, she is a trained Governance Professional who facilitates corporate value creation for senior management. A Senior Member of the Ghana Bar Association and a Notary Public, she holds a Masters degree in Governance and Leadership from Ghana Institute of Management and Administration ( GIMPA) Greenhill and an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from University of Gana, Legon.
