I am a PMP^®-certified Structural Engineer serving at the Ministry of Public Works and Housing in Palestine. Within the General Department of Central Tendering, I oversee centralized public procurement for construction works and consultancy services that surpass national thresholds. In this capacity, I collaborate with technical teams, evaluation committees, and institutional partners to ensure that all processes are conducted with transparency, integrity, and in full alignment with applicable requirements.

My professional experience uniquely bridges structural engineering, site supervision, and donor-funded project coordination, providing a comprehensive understanding of both technical implementation and public sector administrative frameworks. I also contributed as a technical committee member to the first edition of the Palestinian Load and Forces Code, supporting the development of national engineering standards.

Through the IMPPM at Tor Vergata University, I look forward to synthesizing my experience with international best practices and learning from a global network of peers.
