Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA)

Bill Kibet is an impact driven public sector professional with a strong commitment to advancing transparency, accountability, and sustainable development in complex governance systems. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nairobi and began his career contributing to critical infrastructure projects at the Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA), where he built a solid foundation in delivering large-scale public investments.

He currently serves at the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) in Kenya at the Directorate of Complaints and Investigations as an Investigator, where he operates at the intersection of governance, compliance, and public trust working to safeguard integrity and strengthen confidence in public procurement proceedings.

Bill views the IMPMM program as a catalyst to refine his strategic perspective, expand his global outlook, and challenge conventional approaches to solving problems in the public sector. Guided by the belief that “we do not inherit the future from our past, we build it through the decisions we make today,” he is committed to shaping resilient institutions, driving ethical governance, and designing solutions that create lasting value well beyond his generation.
