Nikolic Boris
Boris Nikolić was born in 1976. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences at the University of Belgrade, where in 2013. he defended the final work on the module "Regional Studies of the USA" with the thesis "Public - Private Partnership in the Electric Power Sector of the USA". He completed a four-month training for Public Relations Manager at the London School of Public Relations, at McCann & Erickson Belgrade, and spent several times on study tours in the United States. At the expert conferences he presented the work "Public - Private Partnership in the Electric Power Sector of the USA", and the paper is quoted in domestic and international expert journals in the field of energy. He is also a member of the Energy Consortium of Serbia. He’s fluent in English. He is developing a study with a thesis "Strategy for the Development of Railway Transport in Serbia; Public - private partnership as a future framework for the reform of Serbian railways ".
He has been employed in "Serbian Railways" since 2008, and since 2014 he has been engaged in expropriation and land acquisition activities on the Belgrade - Budapest high-speed railway project. Since 2017 he has been working as assistant director of the Legal Affairs Department in charge of expropriation and land acquisition affairs.
As the director of the expropriation of the JSC "Railway Infrastructure of Serbia", he works on the projects of the railway roundabout around the city of Niš, as well as on the revitalization of the Niš-Dimitrovgrad section, financed by the EIB loan, and where the process of procurement of consulting services is currently in progress.
Also, in front of the JSC "Railway Infrastructure of Serbia", he is leading a project of expropriation which is being carried out for the needs of the future Belgrade-Budapest high-speed railway, which is partly financed from the Russian Federation loan to the Republic of Serbia, and partly from the loan of Exim Bank (the so-called Chinese Kredit).
