Working for 10 years related with Public Procurement. I am a policy expert in public procurement. My legacy is to formulate progressive policy for Public Procurement. Policy should be simple, fast, but powerful. The idea is how to enact cognitive procurement in several years ahead. The procurement regulation no need to be “Thick Page”, just regulate the Principles, Ethics, Policies, Don’ts, or something become philosophy. The rest of it, will be handle with IT.
