My name is Diana Vozniuk. 

I was born in small ukrainian village Hrytsiv, Khmelnytskyi region. Today I`m living and working in Kyiv. 

In 2015 I got a certificate of complete general secondary education.

In 2019-2020 I hold a Bachelor and Master degree in law from the National University of Ostroh Academy.

I have been working as a chief specialist of the methodological support division of the department of public procurement of the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine for 3 years. There I have successfully managed different important projects which enhanced my organizational and problem-solving skills.

Previously I worked as a chief specialist of the department of appealing public procurement decisions of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine. I was responsible for preparing a draft of the decision of the permanent administrative board of The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine as an appellate authority. 

Moreover, I have gained experience in criminal law through working as a clerk at the Shevchenkiv District Court of Kyiv.

Also, during 2020-2025 I had been a participant of different courses and certificate programs, for example: training course “Public Procurement Specialist” in the Center of Excellence in Procurement (The Center of Excellence in Procurement was established by the Kyiv School of Economics as a part of the USAID project “Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services / TAPAS”), Anti-Corruption Interdisciplinary Studies: Certificate Program (joint project of the National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy” and Anti-Corruption Research and Education Center and is implemented with the support of the Open Society Foundations), English school “Yappi Corporate English School” etc. 

My key strengths include responsibility, stress resistance and purposefulness.

I enjoy working in collaborative environments, value teamwork and professional development. I am eager to apply my skills in a dynamic procurement setting and take on new challenges.
