My name’s Iryna Us. I’m 43 years old. I was born in Ukraine. I live and work in this country.

I’m a specialist with extensive experience in public administration, public procurement, anti-corruption policy, and legal support. I have worked in key state institutions, including the National Agency on Corruption Prevention, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the State Enterprise «Energoatom» and JSC «Ukrgazvydobuvannya» of the Naftogaz Group.

I have significant expertise in developing anti-corruption methodologies, drafting legal acts, organizing and conducting procurement procedures, ensuring compliance and engaging with government bodies and international organizations. My professional focus includes public procurement, corruption risk assessment, and methodological management within compliance and procurement activities.

I hold Master’s degrees in Law and Public Administration and have completed professional training in anti-corruption practices at the National School of Public Administration (KSAP) in Warsaw.

Currently, I serve as a Public Procurement Officer at JSC “Ukrgazvydobuvannya.” In this role, I navigate complex challenges, including frequent legislative changes, regulatory inconsistencies, and the need for effective stakeholder engagement. Despite these obstacles, I have successfully contributed to reducing the number of failed procedures, minimizing appeals, and improving the overall quality of procurement processes.
