I, Bohdan Storozhynskyi, was born in 1984 in the town of Brody, Lviv region, Ukraine. I obtained my higher education at the National University “Lviv Polytechnic”, where I studied Computerized Systems, Automation and Control and received the qualification of a Computer Systems Engineer. 
I began my professional career in 2003 as a Senior Tax Inspector in the Department of Informatization of Taxation Processes at the Brody State Tax Inspection. In 2007, I was appointed Head of the Department of Informatization of Taxation Processes, Economic Analysis and Forecasting, Registration and Accounting of Taxpayers. During this period, I gained substantial practical experience in organizing departmental activities, implementing information systems, and ensuring their effective operation. 
In 2016, I transitioned to the field of public procurement. Since 2021, I have held the position of Head of the Department of Economics and Public Procurement at the Executive Committee of the Brody City Council. I have over 9 years of professional experience in public procurement. 
Since 2016, I have been actively involved in organizing and conducting procurement procedures for goods, works, and services. I participate in the implementation of international projects, particularly within cross-border cooperation programs such as Interreg. I have practical experience in preparing tender documentation, conducting procurement procedures in compliance with national legislation and international standards, as well as supporting project implementation. 
In addition, I actively participate in the local budget process, including planning and execution of the municipal budget. I am also involved in initiatives aimed at supporting local businesses and enhancing the investment attractiveness of the territorial community. 
I continuously develop my professional skills, particularly in data analysis and the use of information systems, which enables me to work with information more efficiently and make well-informed decisions. 
I am a native speaker of Ukrainian and have a working proficiency in English sufficient for professional communication and cooperation with international partners. 
I am responsible, organized, and results-oriented. I have experience in team management and successful project implementation.
