My name is Natalia Sarlachan. I was raised in the town of Bolgrad, located in the south of Ukraine, a region well known for its traditions in winemaking and culinary tourism. In 1998, I graduated with honors from a lyceum with an innovative educational approach, after which I continued my studies in higher education.

In 2003, I graduated with honors from the Academy of the State Customs Service of Ukraine with a specialist degree in economics. My professional background is closely connected to economic activities. From 2003 to 2017, I served in the customs authorities, where I progressed from the position of inspector to Deputy Head of Division. My responsibilities included administration of national taxes and customs payments, application of tariff preferences, determination of the country of origin of goods, financial settlements, as well as economic analysis and reporting.

Since 2018, I have been working at the State Enterprise “Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority.” In this role, I have been involved in public budget planning, cost determination for enterprise services, as well as administrative analysis and reporting.

Since 2022, I have been working as a public procurement specialist, conducting procurement procedures for goods and services to meet the needs of a public authority. In my work, I focus on ensuring full compliance with national legislation while achieving the best value for money.

I am committed to continuous professional development and aim to contribute effectively to my field.
