I am currently Deputy Head of the Corporate Security Service Branch and Head of the Economic Security Division at JSC Ukrainian Railways, where I lead a team of up to 40 professionals and support governance transformation initiatives within one of Ukraine’s largest state-owned enterprises.

My professional background spans over seven years in procurement, compliance, and risk management across public, humanitarian, and private sectors. I have worked on large-scale projects financed by international financial institutions, including the EBRD, EIB, IBRD, and the World Bank, ensuring transparency and alignment with international procurement standards.

I hold a degree in International Economic Relations and have completed specialized training in anti-corruption compliance and international procurement procedures. My academic interests focus on public procurement reform, institutional resilience, and strengthening economic governance in complex and evolving environments.
