My name is Khrystyna Kychma. 
I was born in Lviv. I currently live and work in Kyiv. In 2006, I obtained a certificate of complete general secondary education. From 2006 to 2012, I obtained Bachelor’s and Specialist degrees in Law from the Lviv Polytechnic National University. In 2024, I obtained a Master’s degree from the State Higher Educational Institution “University of Educational Management”.  
As of today, I am the Head of the Methodological Support for the Public Procurement of the Department of Public Procurement of the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine. Within the scope of the unit’s competence, I participate in the formulation and implementation of state policy in the field of public procurement; together with other authorities, develop methodologies on the specific features of conducting public procurement in various sectors, analyze and generalize the practice of applying public procurement legislation and draft standard tender documentation and standard procurement contracts. In addition, I have experience working on appeals against decisions in the field of public procurement at the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine. I have worked with the electronic procurement system (receiving, analyzing, and publishing information in the Prozorro e-procurement system) in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Public Procurement,” and prepared materials and documents regarding complaints about violations of public procurement legislation for consideration by 
the Standing Administrative Board of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine. It should be noted that I continuously improve my professional qualifications. I completed a basic course in legislative drafting at the School of the Assistant to a Member of Parliament, as well as the certification course “Procurement Management” at the Kyiv School of Economics, English school “Yappi Corporate English School”. I also participated in the international student Work and Travel program and worked in the United States of America.  I am a responsible and communicative person who works well in a team and learns quickly. I am able to handle large amounts of information, analyze legislation, 
identify key issues, and suggest practical solutions, while remaining calm under pressure and open to professional growth.
