I was born at 29 Jan 1982 in Mariupol, Donbass. Now I am working in Odessa at Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority.

My Education:

1. Metallurgical, Bachelor degree (rolling production) (1998-2003), 
2. Lokomotive electricity, Master degree (2022-2023). 
3. EMBA Skolkovo scholl of management (2011-2012)

2001-2010 was working at operational management in Metallurgy production.

Nowadays I am skilled procurement and project Manager.

I have spent 10+ years 2009-2019 in different roles and big heavy industries Holdings as private procurement Chief and Senior project/program manager

Back 6+ years made my decision to join big family of state public procurement organisations as a Head of procurement administration and simultaneously as Tender committee and Autorized person.

I'm a skilled, proactive, efficient Person with tough hard and soft skills for borh (private and public sector).  

I'm willing to develop my skills due to outstanding education in a field of International public procurement.
