Gryshchenko Olga
I am an investment project implementation manager with more than 20 years of work experience in the energy sector of Ukraine, including extensive cooperation with international financial institutions. I obtained a Specialist degree in Management of Foreign Economic Activity from
the Kyiv Economic Institute of Management in 2008, completing my studies on a part-time basis while simultaneously starting professional career to gain practical experience and strengthen professional competencies.
My professional career started in public service at the National Electricity Regulatory Commission of Ukraine, where I acquired strong expertise in regulatory policy, governance, and the functioning of the energy sector. Throughout my career, I have held progressively senior positions within key national institutions and PJSC Ukrhydroenergo. Since February 2025, I have been serving as Director of the International Projects Implementation Department of PJSC Ukrhydroenergo.
My professional expertise covers the full lifecycle management of large-scale international investment projects financed by the World Bank, EBRD, EIB, and other international partners. I have been involved in and supervised projects, including hydropower rehabilitation, emergency restoration of power plants, installation of hybrid generation systems, and modernization of equipment to improve operational stability and reliability.
I contribute to the coordination of procurement and contract implementation and to ensuring compliance with international financial institutions requirements. My professional achievements have been recognized by multiple awards, including Certificates of Appreciation and Merit from PJSC Ukrhydroenergo and the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, as well as the Badge of Honour “Honorary Employee of Ukrhydroenergo”.
