I was born at 16 Jun 1977 in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Now I am working in Ukreximbank (State bank). 

Current function 
Head of unit procurement, preparing tenders plan for year, analyzing technical tasks, publish tender 
on publish tenders platform (Prozorro), working with market, negotiations with suppliers, 
comparing offers from suppliers, choice winner, signing of the contract.

Studying for a master's degree with Tor Vergata is a conscious and deliberate decision, given my many years of experience in procurement. It allows me to expand my knowledge in the field of international public procurement, which in the future will enable me to use my existing and 
acquired knowledge for the State of Ukraine in post-war reconstruction, thanks to cooperation with international investors. It should be noted that I plan to pass on the skills. I have acquired to the future young generation, which, thanks to our Armed Forces, will live in an independent, sovereign, united, European State of Ukraine. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to improve my qualifications and implement them in Ukraine's public procurement institution, which will build transparency and trust among society and international investors, and in the future will raise Ukraine's profile as an example and model for other countries in terms of innovative approaches and digitalization tools in public procurement.
