A qualified legal professional with extensive experience in law, contract management, and litigation. Her professional trajectory spans both fields of legal practice – public and private. Currently, she serves as a Senior Legal Counsel at the State Institution «PROFESIYNI ZAKUPIVLI». Her responsibilities include providing comprehensive legal support, internal procedural documents development, contracts examination, and representation of institutional interests before public authorities, courts etc. Also, she is engaged in the preparation of regulatory acts. Previously, she held legal advisory positions at the Communal Association «KYIVZELENBUD» and the National Historical and Ethnography Reserve «PEREIASLAV» (State Institution), where she contributed to the establishment of tender committees, the development of anti-corruption compliance programs, and the drafting of internal governance instruments.SheI obtained a Master’s Degree in International Law from V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, as well as a Master’s Degree in Law from the Academy of Advocacy of Ukraine.
