Yaryna Kononchuk
I, Yaryna Kononchuk, was born on 12 June 1986 in Rivne, Ukraine.
In 2008, I graduated from the Rivne branch of the Private Higher Educational Institution ‘European University’ with a degree in banking.
I started my career in October 2007 when I joined PJSC CB Nadra Bank as a Senior Manager for Small and Medium Business. I was responsible for attracting corporate clients, analysing their financial position, preparing business applications and supporting credit operations.
In January 2012, I started working at the Executive Committee of the Rivne City Council, where I held the position of Chief Specialist of the Economic Analysis and Forecasting Division of the Municipal Economy Department. In this unit, I was responsible for developing the city's socio-economic development programme, preparing analytical materials and forecasts.
In 2020, I was appointed as an authorised person for public procurement, which was a new stage in my professional career. In July 2024, I became the Head of the Public Procurement Division of the Economic Development Department of Rivne City Council, where I organise and ensure procurement in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
Throughout my career, I have been constantly improving my knowledge by taking advanced training courses in public procurement, including training under European and national programmes.
I have extensive experience in procurement, including the implementation of international technical assistance projects, meeting the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and implementing EU environmental initiatives.
Currently, I continue to work at the Department of Economic Development of Rivne City Council and actively develop my professional skills in procurement and municipal development.
