I am a senior public procurement professional from Trinidad and Tobago with a strong commitment to strengthening systems and delivering value. I currently serve as Contract Manager, Tenders and Disposals at the University of Trinidad and Tobago, where I oversee tendering processes and the disposal of public property, ensuring compliance while advancing more efficient and outcome-focused approaches. My ethos is grounded in integrity and transparency, with a focus on developing procurement systems that are efficient, sustainable and aligned to organisational objectives.

I am also a part-time lecturer in the Chartered Institute of Procurement Supply programme in Trinidad and Tobago, where I support the development of current and aspiring procurement professionals. Emphasis is placed on translating complex concepts into practical application and equipping these professionals with the skills and confidence to operate effectively within their working environments. I actively explore the role of technology in advancing procurement and education, with a focus on digital solutions that enhance efficiency, support decision making and expand access to learning.

Commitment to youth development also informs my activities, with a focus on initiatives that create opportunity and contribute to long-term social progress.

My professional qualifications include the MCIPS designation from the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply , a Master’s degree in Public Sector Management and Bachelor’s degrees in both Management and Interdisciplinary Studies.
