I lead the Finance Division at the Municipality of Qab Elias – Wadi Al Delm, where I oversee financial management, planning, and budgeting processes. I hold a Master’s degree in Management, complemented by certifications in Business Administration and Management Information Systems.

Additionally, I have obtained a specialized Diploma in Financial Management for Municipalities, as well as an International Master's in Strategic Public Procurement (in progress).

My areas of expertise include municipal finance, financial planning, and public sector procurement, with a strong focus on enhancing efficiency, transparency, and strategic resource allocation.
