Chief controller of public procurement at the High Authority for Public Procurement (HAICOP) within the Presidency of the Government of Tunisia and responsible of cooperation and foreign suppliers in the unit of TUNEPS (Tunisian e-procurement system).

I hold a master degree in Comparative Administration and Public Management (ACGP) Sciences Po Strasbourg - University of Strasbourg, an international Diploma of Administration of international advanced cycle (CIP) at the National Institute of Public Service (INSP) in Strasbourg, a higher cycle diploma from the National School of Administration Tunis and a national Engineering Diploma in Computer Science - National School of Computer Science (ENSI) in Tunisia

Passionate about public action in general and interested in the transformation of the public sector in particular, methodical, autonomous, I have a strong experience in e-procurement systems and I have the team spirit that I acquired by facing numerous technological, managerial and administrative challenges. I always try to extend my knowledge and to bring my help once needed.

My decision to pursue the IMPPM program cam from my desire to have international experience in the field of public procurement.
