I am a staff administrative officer in the Ministry of Defense – Lebanese Armed Forces
(LAF), rank is General, with a proven track record of 35 years of work experience in
Lebanon and abroad. I hold a Bachelor Degree in Business Management, a Law Degree
and a Master Degree in Business Law. I am the Deputy President and Board Member of
the “Military Housing Organization” and a Judge in the “Supreme Military Court”. I have
practiced and gained extensive experiences in areas of administration, procurement,
accounting, marketing, finance, management, budgeting, logistics, teaching, media &
press, communications, military, security and law practice. I am participating in the
master program for the 2025 Edition of the International Master in Public Procurement
Management (IMPPM) at the University of Rome Tor Vergata that can enhance and
improve the skill set and competencies I have acquired during my career.
