I have been serving as the Director of the Procurement Policies Department at the High Council for Public Procurement Policies in Palestine for the past three years. In this role, I have demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision in procurement policymaking and oversight of procurement performance. Additionally, I serve as the Secretary of the Dispute Review Unit (DRU), which is responsible for the administrative review of appeals submitted by bidders.

With 14 years of experience in procurement, my career began as a procurement specialist at the Palestinian Ministry of Finance. Through dedication and expertise, I quickly progressed to key positions, including Secretary of the General Tendering Committee and later Director of the Procurement Department.
