Working in the private (business), government and NGO sectors has allowed me to gain a wide range of valuable experience. At present I am the head of the production and service fields sector of the Department of analysis and prognosis of socio-economic development of the Ganja city Executive Authority. Ganja joined the EBRD Green Cities program. Currently in the framework of this program two projects are implementing. In the future, it is planned to develop cooperation with EBRD and increase the number of projects. In addition to the procurements carried out at the national level by GCEA, I was assigned to be one of four members (procurer) of the GCEA Project Implementation Unit of the projects.
