I am a civil engineer and procurement specialist who enjoys delivering accurate and efficient procurement procedures. Throughout my career in public procurement, I have strived to create an atmosphere of learning that encourages my staff to increase their knowledge of procurement matters. Furthermore, no procurement process is complete without vendor participation, as such my staff and I work tirelessly to promote competition and vendor inclusion to the benefit of our public procurement processes. To this end, I am eternally grateful to the IMPPM, University of Rome, Tor Vergata, and the Caribbean Development Bank for this opportunity to improve my procurement skills and to impart further knowledge to my team members.
