Hello, my name is Papa Mar Diagne, I am from SENEGAL, I am an economist and territorial development engineer.

After obtaining my baccalaureate in 2009, I enrolled at the Alioune Diop University in Bambey where I obtained my degree in economic analysis and policies and my master's degree in Territorial Development Engineering which is a transversal field. During my professional training, I learned public procurement procedures, statistics, law, planning, economics, project management, governance territorial generally. After my academic career I completed an internship, and since 2019 I have been working at the Authority for the Regulation of Public Procurement (ARCOP SENEGAL). I hold the position in charge of archives and statistics in the Direction of Statistics and Documentation (DSD). I also registered for the Master's degree in Management and Regulation of Public Procurement co-organized by the ARCOP SENEGAL, the National School of Administration and the University Cheikh Anta Diop of Dakar.

It is a pleasure today to be part of the twelfth promotion of IMPPM and to meet the future challenges in the field of public procurement everywhere in the world.
