In 2014, she graduated from Ilyas Zhansugurov Zhetysu State University with a degree in Finance. From October 2013 to February 2014 she studied at the University of Warsaw (Warsaw, Poland) under the "Guest student program". In 2017 she graduated from Kazakh Humanitarian Law University with a degree in International Law. In 2019 she graduated from Karaganda Economic University with a degree in World Economy.

She began her career in 2014 with the Treasury Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 2015 to 2017 - Expert of Financial Support Department of the Treasury Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2017 to 2020 - Chief Expert of Real Sector Audit Methodology of the Department of Accounting, Auditing and Evaluation of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2020 till 2021 - Head of Real Sector Audit Methodology of the Department of Accounting, Auditing and Evaluation Methodology of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From August 2021 till present she has been working as Head of Evaluation Methodology of the Department of Accounting, Audit and Evaluation Methodology of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

While working for the Ministry of Finance, she developed and monitored legislation and other regulations related to audit and evaluation. The Ministry of Finance has developed and managed the Public Procurement Plan and worked in the Treasury-Client information system to serve suppliers in Public Procurement.

After 9 productive years at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including 3 years as Head of the Methodology Office, I intend to complement my experience in public procurement with a rigorous international approach that looks at procurement through an interdisciplinary lens. The International Master's Programme in Public Procurement Management (IMPPM) at the University of Tor Vergat exactly matches my aspirations as I seek to move up the career ladder.
