Martina Galabová is Director of Tendering Unit at Section of Public Procurement, Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic. Martina has almost 20 years of experience in public procurement (PP) and related issues, she has worked for several Ministries and consultancy companies. Her expertise includes execution of PP procedures (including central and joint procurement), development and revision of tender documentation, development of internal procedures and manuals, provision of lectures, supervision, consultancy and know-how to internal and external stakeholders. Martina also participated in the development of electronic systems providing e-procurement or development of its modules/functionalities. She also participated in the development and promotion of dynamic purchasing systems and central procurement in Slovakia. Martina participated at Public Procurement Excellence (PPE) Programme, organised by WU (Wien University) Executive Academy in cooperation with Bundesbeschaffung Gmbh (BBG – Austrian Federal Central Purchasing Body), funded by European Union’s COSME Programme (2014-2020), held in Vienna, Austria in 2018-2019 and was awarded with the certificate as Certified Public Procurement Expert.
