Francine Brown is a Government of Jamaica certified public procurement specialist employed to the Office of Utilities Regulation (OUR) Jamaica, in the capacity of Senior Procurement Officer. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance & Economics from the University of the West Indies, Mona and an Associate Degree in Business Administration from the University College of the Caribbean,.
Francine’s career began as an Administrative Assistant where she developed her organizational and administrative skills. However, she developed a passion for procurement, after volunteering to provide much-needed assistance to the OUR’s Procurement Unit. She quickly made an impact with her enthusiasm and dedication, and her efforts did not go unnoticed.
Over time, Francine developed a reputation as a trusted and reliable procurement professional. Her hard work and commitment led to her promotion to the role of Senior Procurement Officer. In this role, she is responsible for managing the organization’s procurement projects from start to through to com-pletion.
Outside of work, Francine is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys CrossFit and bootcamp activities. She is also a family-oriented individual who values spending time with her loved ones.
