Expert work on appeal cases in public procurement and concession, preparation of sessions and appeal cases for the Council of State Commission, preparing proposal documents and drafts of Commissions decisions, tracking legislation and practice within the scope of the Commission, participation in drafting legislative proposals by the Commission, all legal affairs (preparing, processing, management) in connection with the appeal, civil and administrative disputes and other proceedings within the jurisdiction of the Commission, assistance in reporting to the competent authorities.
