I was born in 1992 in the Samarkand region in the Uzbekistan. 2012-2016 I studied at the Management Development Institute of Singapore in Tashkent. My labor activity began in 2016 as chief inspector of Treasury department of Ministry of Finance.

Then I worked in different positions in the Ministry of Finance, namely: Chief inspector of the registration of legal obligation and price monitoring group of Treasury department of Ministry of Finance, Head of group the registration of legal obligation and price monitoring group of Treasury department of Ministry of Finance, Chief specialist of Information-analytical group of Public procurement by budget customers of Public Procurement management and monitoring department of Treasury of Ministry.

During my working period in Public procurement department, with the help of the World Bank we were able to announce New Public Procurement Law. Also, with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development to develop a Central information portal for public procurement, which will centralize all information on public procurement, provide electronic interaction and management with external information systems into one place to achieve more efficiency and increase transparency into the procurement process.

In addition, I am positive thinking, also have strong administrative, communication, problem solving and time management skills.
