Khayrullaev Asadillo ogli Khumoyun
I was born on 2nd August 1995 in the Kashkadarya region in Uzbekistan.
In 2018, I graduated from Westminster International University in Tashkent, Business Administration faculty. After that, I started to work in one of the Oil&Gas companies in Uzbekistan. During my working period, we were able to make beneficial agreements with well-known world Oil&Gas service/manufacturing companies.
In 2019, I started to work in the Public Procurement department in the Ministry of Finance. During my working period in the Public procurement department, I worked with the World Bank to launch an interactive online training module for the participants in the public procurement process and with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development to develop a Central information portal for public procurement, which will centralize all information on public procurement, provide electronic interaction and management with external information systems into one place to achieve more efficiency and increase transparency into the procurement process.
Now, these projects are under the implementation process.
My responsibilities in the Public Procurement department are:
-development of programs for the public procurement system improvements;
- monitoring of the public procurement process;
-control of operators' activities;
-consideration of complaints received under public procurement procedures and control over the activities of the complaint commission.
In addition, I have strong administrative, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
