Mr. Alessandro Di Fabio ( 39 ), from Italy, is a chartered construction engineer from 2009, and member of the Board of Engineers of Rome since 2010. After his studies at the University of "Tor Vergata" in Rome, he started his carreer in the engineering sector as Consultant on the Health and Safety field for construction works, and then as site technical engineer for infrastructural works, in Italy and abroad. From 2015, he joined IRD Engineering Srl, an italian Consultancy active in the the project management and engineering consultancy for projects funded by international donohrs , such as the EBRD, EIB, EU, the WB group, the ADB and the AIIB. During this period, he gained a wide experience as both Project Manager and Proposal Manager for consultancy services contracts, focused in the infrastructural sector, making him familiar with major IFIs' procurement regulations and procedures. He can count on international experience in north Europe, Balkans, Caucasus, and in Central Asia Countries, with both public and private counterparts. Because of that, he developed good communication and interpersonal skills in internationally recognized work contexts.
