Mrs. Ons Boughattas got her accountancy Diploma with excellence from the High Institute of Management of Sousse and a Master Diploma in International Finance and Trade from the same institute.

She was, then selected to join the National School of Administration of Tunisia from where she was graduated as a Public Service Counselor in January 2010 and started a professional career at the Cabinet of the Minister of Vocational Training and Employment.

Ons was in charge of the International Cooperation Department at the Ministry and there she developed her skills in negotiation, bilateral and multilateral cooperation project management and some project management skills.

After a successful and very rich experience, she moved to the Ministry of Development, Investment and International Cooperation having as objective to be an expert in the International Cooperation field.

Now, being aware that the Public Procurement system is among the essential elements of Good Governance, Ons decided to go further and develop her knowledge and why not to be an expert in the Public Procurement.

The 10^th edition of IMPPM represents a great opportunity for her to learn and to exchange with other colleagues and teachers all the details and policies related to the Public Procurement.
