My experience as a State Controller of public companies and my experience as a public expenditure controller of public establishment has allowed me to have an extended knowledge of the public procurement management. During my experience, I learned how to analyze and to evaluate all the process of public procurement such as procedures, the difficulties and the remedies. I am convinced that this Master will be a key of success in the process of evaluation in public procurement.
