My name is Milica Ćelić, and I live in Belgrade, Serbia.

I hold a degree in the field of Law – Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade and a degree in the field of Strategic Management. Eighteen years of international and domestic professional experience as Programme Coordinator, Project Manager and Procurement Officer, I was involved in Organisational development, Project management and Procurement. In the last five years my professional carrier has been developing in the field of public procurements, and all related to the implementation of the international projects (’’Regional Housing Programme’’ – Council of Europe Development Bank; ’’Research and development’’ – Europen Investment Bank; ’’School Modernisation Programme – European Investment Bank). During those five years, I was working in the Public Sector Projects Implementation Unit ltd. Belgrade established by the Government of the Republic of Serbia, and I performed the duties of Project Manager for Grant Schemes, Coordinator for the Support Grant Agreement and Procurement monitoring and implementation Officer.

These Master program would mean to me as an opportunity for an important step forward in my career development, as well as an opportunity to become part of the international network of public procurement experts that is being built through this Master program.
