I have 18 years of experience in public procurement at various levels of responsibilities, as a government official from the Higher Authority of public procurement Presidency of Governement in Tunisia. 

I am member in the assessment committee of the Tunisian public procurement system assessment  (New MAPS); 

I am a Project Coordinator for the higher authority of public procurement with the international institutions specially KOICA and EBRD in the implementation and the development of public procurement and specially Eprocurement system in Tunisia (2011-2020) and open data project (OCDS);  

General auditor of Public Procurement at the Higher authority of public procurement.  

Finally as the general director and President of Tuneps Unit (Tunisian e procurement system) since 2014, in charge of : (1) formulating procurement strategies and Policy in eProcurement (bidding documents, technical procurement notes), development and conception of manual procedure and guides, designing and delivering procurement training programs for all the users of the system (public entities and private companies specially SMEs) with the preparation of the material; and (2) providing technical assistance to the local private companies or foreign suppliers in using Tuneps platform.
