Osmonkulova Aisuluu
I was born in 1985 in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic.
For 5 years educated at the National University of the Kyrgyz Republic in Bishkek at the Faculty of Economics, and also graduated from the Faculty of Law at the same university (2nd higher education 2.5 years).
My first procurement experience began in the Competition Policy Directorate of the Bishkek City Hall (capital), this organization conducted centralized procurement for structural and subordinate organizations of the Bishkek City Hall, where I worked from 2008–2014. In this organization, I began my career as a procurement specialist to the head of the department.
From 2015 to the present, I’m working in the Public Procurement Department under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic in the position of chief specialist in the complaints and penalties division (the Department is the Authorized body for public procurement in the Kyrgyz Republic).
Working in the Department, I advise procuring entities, suppliers (contractors) on procurement procedures and participation in tenders in accordance with the Law on Public Procurement of the Kyrgyz Republic. In addition, I am entrusted with the implementation of centralized procurement for ministries, administrative departments and local governments.

In this regard, visiting the master's program at the University of Rome Tor Vergata will give me the opportunity to deepen my knowledge of public procurement and help share my experience with my colleagues and help to implement this knowledge in the development of regulatory acts of the Kyrgyz Republic in public procurement achieve higher goals in my professional career.
