Ivan is from Bosnia and Herzegovina and holding a master degree in Construction management, European studies and a BA in Law. He gained procurement experience in a different business environment, including International financial institutions - EBRD London and Council of Europe Development Bank, Paris; Government institutions - Ministry of Justice PIU for Construction of state prison and Public Review Body. In parallel, Ivan is a certified lecturer of public procurement in Bosnia and Herzegovina
