Main responsibilities as the head of the Works and ICT Procurement Department is to manage the department and to control the procurement process by revising tender documentation.
I supervise my colleagues and I provide them with support if they face problems during the public procurement process. I communicate with other departments within the Ministry or other state organizations. I develop tender documentation for dynamic purchasing systems and evaluate various commodities the Ministry procures, if these are suitable for procurement via DPS. I participate in further development of the Electronic Purchasing System as a member of a working group for the Electronic Purchasing System. I participate in review procedures, draft contracts, legal opinions, analyses and other legal documents. I communicate with economic
operators.
