SALIFU BAH is the Procurement Manager of The Gambia Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (PURA). He holds a BSc. Degree in Management from the University of The Gambia in 2015. He has over 8 years’ experience and has undergone different trainings in Procurement related matters (CIPS) in The Gambia, Purchasing and Supply Chain Management in Ghana 2015 and Procurement Anti-Corruption Training 2016 from the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA) Austria.

He advises the Contracts Committee on all procurement related matters and is responsible for the preparation of tender documents, monthly reports, Annual Procurement Plans and Annual Internal Procurement Analysis to the Contracts Committee. He further guides the Contracts Committee on Evaluation procedures, Award of Contracts, Contract Management, Contract Negotiation. Mr. Bah further serves as the Secretary to the Contracts Committee and head of the Specialized Procurement Unit (SPU) of PURA.
