Ivanyshyn Iryna
Ms. Iryna Ivanyshyn is the Head of the IFIs Projects Implementation Unit in Lviv Municipal Enterprise "Lvivelecktrotrans" (Ukraine) since 2012. She manages the projects "Lviv Public Transport" financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and “Ukraine Urban Public Transport Project” financed by the European Investment Bank”.
Iryna was born in the biggest city of Western Ukraine, the city of Lviv in 1983.
In 2006, she received a Master's degree in Banking Business. During the third year of her study, in parallel, she had started her career in international leather company. During the 6 years she had developed her career from a secretary/assistant Director/financial manager to a Chief Financial Officer.
During her current work Ms.Ivanyshyn has implemented such projects as modernization of traction substations for the power supply of the electric city transport network in Lviv (19 units); supplying of 5 Used Trams Tatra KT4-D from Germany; construction of traction substation #17 and power cable network for tram and trolley lines to “Sykhiv” Residential Area in Lviv ; supplying of 7 new three-section articulated tram vehicles, associated goods and related services, etc.
Ms.Ivanyshyn has made a significant contribution to the project “Tram to Sykhiv”, newly constructed tramline connecting a 200 thousand district to the center of Lviv.
In 2014 Iryna attended the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development’s “Delivering Successful Projects” Workshop at the Joint Vienna Institute, Austria.
In 2016 Ms.Ivanyshyn received The European Talent in Mobility international award (Transport Publics 2016) in the nominee “The Best Project Manager “ (Paris, France ).
In the end of 2016 Iryna has successfully completed the Executive Development Program “Public management” for the employers of Lviv City Council in the School of Public Management, Ukrainian Catholic University.
In 2017 Iryna completed the program on “The Role of Public Policy in Private Sector Development” held in partnership with the Stanford University`s Center on Democracy, Development and the Rule of Law, the Center for International Private Enterprise and the School of Public Management at Ukrainian Catholic University.
