After 5 years and a half of studying at the Moldova State University, I have got a Master degree in Law field. All the knowledge achieved during the courses helped me to develop a set of professional skills which were essential when I have started to work in the procurement field. I have started my career in 2012 at the S.E. “State Road Administration” and till now I have grown to the position of a Procurement Consultant in the Procurement Section, Foreign Investments Department.
During the last 5 years, as a Procurement Consultant in road infrastructure projects in Moldova, I have been involved in the elaboration of Prequalification Documents, Prequalification Reports, Tender Documents, Tender Evaluation Reports, Invitations for Expression of Interest, Short-list Reports, Requests for Proposals, Technical Evaluation Reports, as well as was properly involved in the evaluation of Applications and Offers - for the procurement of works and in the evaluation of Expressions of Interest and Technical proposals – for the procurement of consultancy services in road construction or/and rehabilitation projects, funded by International Financial Institutions.
Thus, I am convinced that the opportunity to study within the International Master in Public Procurement Management is unique and will help me to understand procurement from a different point of view.
