I hold a Master degree in Finance from the Lebanese University and I am a Procurement Officer in the Institut des Finances Basil Fuleihan (IoF) - Lebanon.

IoF is a civil service learning center specialized in Public Financial Management and Customs. It hosts the WCO regional training center and the secretariat of the GIFT-MENA Network.

In the past 5 years as a procurement officer in IoF, I have been involved in the Tender Management preparation, Tender Evaluation, and Contract Management of the contracts.

Public Procurement systems in Lebanon need reformation and improvement, both to ensure a level playing field for potential suppliers and to increase overall value of money; and if someone wants a change he has to start by himself that was one of the major reasons while I am enrolling the International Management Public Procurement Management.
