She is Master Mechanical Engineer. She is married and she have two daughters. Currently working as an Adviser to the Cabinet General Manager of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia (CCIS).
During a 30-year long career, she has gained a valuable professional experience working in both private and public sector organizations, as well as associations, research institutes, and development institutions. During her career, she has constantly been cooperating with companies, local municipalities, industry experts, academic institutions, international organizations, and public administration, with a goal to improve business environment and enhance performance and competitiveness of Serbia’s economy. She has two years’ experience   from the public sector as a Special Adviser in the Deputy Prime Minister Office and as  a  State Secretary in Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government; for 6 years  as a Vice President of CCIS  and for 7 years as a President Regional Chamber of Commerce Valjevo.  
Vidosava has more than 14 years of experience in working in real sector of Serbia’s economy. During that period, she has passed through entire production process and value chain of a company – she was general manager, executive director for QA & QC, QMS project manager, chief laboratory engineer, and design engineer. She became expert for business development, strategic planning and quality management system design implementation, with 20 years of experience in the field. She is ISO 9001 lead assessor for certification bodies and assessor for “National quality award”.
