I’m working for Bishkek Water Supply Project from January 2014 to present as a Procurement specialist in the Project Implementation Unit of POMU «Bishkekvodokanal». The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) financed the Project.

The I Phase of the Project was successfully completed in June 2015. And EBRD and SECO decided to support the second Phase of the project and have been provided the investments.
I have Bachelor's degree in World Economics. I have passed three training courses in Procurement: by EBRD, by World Bank and Ministry of Finance of Kyrgyz Republic.
I would like to have an opportunity to study International Master in Public Procurement Management at University of Rome Tor Vergata. Accomplishing this Master program will enable me to achieve a broader knowledge of public procurement management. It will also grant me a unique experience of team working and exchange of ideas in this subject matter. This will significantly strengthen my professional level. I really realized how much this master is important for me.
