Satylkanova Chynara was born in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. I graduated National University of Kyrgyz Republic in Bishkek on faculty of Economics. My first working experience was procurement specialist in Ministry of Education of Kyrgyz Republic in Central Project Implementation Unit financing by ADB and JFPR. Since 2012 I am working in Project Coordination Unit under the Agency of Hydrometeorology of the Kyrgyz Republic as procurement Specialist.
Attending Master’s Degree programmer at Tor Vergata University of Rome would give me a chance to deepen my knowledge about public procurements and help me to achieve higher goals in my professional career.
