My name is Francesco Porpiglia I am 24 years old, and I am the tutor of the 5th Edition of the International Master in Public Procurement Management.

I spent all my academic career here at the University of Rome Tor Vergata.

I hold a bachelor in Economics and a Master of Science in Business Administration with specilization in Supply Chain Management. During my Master degree I had the chance to bump into Professor Piga's lectures in Economics of Procurement and...I have immediately felt in love with this subject, and I decided that this was the careeer i should have headed to.

I worked as a trainee at the procurement division of the European Space Agency (ESA), and I did my Master thesis in collaboration with the Agency: "The effects of set-aside contract for SMEs in the Space Industry Procurement".

After earning my Master Degree with honors last July, I have decided to enhance my knowledge in such interesting field by working and studying as a tutor of this Master.
