Ms. Gogoladze has been Chief Specialist of the State Procurement Agency of Georgia Monitoring Department since 2013. Her everyday duties consist of monitoring State Procurement Plans, Simplified Procurements and Contests. Her work includes monitoring the compliance of Individual contracts in line with State Procurement Legislation, as well as, the processing of reports by submitted procuring entities and preparing appropriate correspondence.
In January 2016, Mariam was appointed as head of a special task force, which studies the possible existence of corruption risks in tenders and provides drafting proposals for elimination of corruption in public procurement.
Ms. Gogoladze studied for a Bachelor’s in Business Administration at the Technical University of Georgia. In 2010, she was accepted to Cologne University, where she completed a Masters Business Law.
