Sergio Vacca is an international Supply Chain consultant with extensive executive experience in Europe in multinational corporations such as Procter & Gamble and LVMH/Bulgari. He currently serves as Senior SCM Advisor at ERMI Research, specializing in process redesign, Lean implementation, Supply Chain planning systems, and TPM deployment.

He is also an Adjunct Professor in Supply Chain Management at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, where he has been teaching since 2006 in Master’s and graduate programmes. His teaching activities focus on Supply Chain fundamentals, Sustainable Supply Chain Management, Digital Supply Networks, Digital Innovation, and the SCOR Model. He also contributes to European projects in the area of Digital Procurement and supports research activities, particularly in emerging supply chain technologies including IoT, Blockchain, Machine Learning and AI.  Sergio is a certified Master Instructor with ASCM/APICS (SCOR-P, CSCP, CPIM, CTSC) and with CSCMP (SCPro), and delivers training programmes for organizations worldwide, including multinational companies and United Nations Missions in Central Africa and the Middle East.

He holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering (cum laude) from Sapienza University of Rome and is Six Sigma Green Belt certified
