Gabriele Ferrante is Director at Deloitte, within the Valuation & Business Modeling and Project & Infrastructure Finance practice. He has more than twenty years of professional experience in project finance, public-private partnerships, and infrastructure valuation, having previously worked at PwC Advisory and as Senior Advisor at the Project Finance Technical Unit of the Italian Government.

His professional background includes extensive advisory activity for both public and private entities, with a focus on financial modelling, feasibility studies, risk allocation, and value-for-money assessments in the infrastructure and energy sectors.

He is the author of several publications on PPP and project finance, including “La valutazione finanziaria di investimenti infrastrutturali” (MUP, 2025), and a regular lecturer in postgraduate and executive programs at Tor Vergata University, LUMSA, the University of Pisa, and Il Sole 24 Ore Business School, where he teaches courses on project finance and public-private partnerships.
